President and Executive Director—Rev. John Revell
John (“Rev”) has served as chaplain of the Stamford Police Department since February 2012, as well as for the Westport Police Department since May 2016. In 2018 he was invited to serve as chaplain with the Connecticut State Police. He served in pastoral and church ministry for more than 30 years in Miami, FL; Denver, CO; Long Island, NY; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and Nashville, TN. In addition to his seminary training and broad ministry experience, John has received extensive training through the International Conference of Police Chaplains. He also is certified in several areas of critical incident response through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and he teaches classes for law enforcement officers, in conjunction with the Connecticut State Police, on processing trauma.

Chairman—Alex Dudley
Alex is Principal of Cloudbreak Communications, a data-driven strategic communications firm created to help executives design, produce, and implement communications strategies with impact. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of Communications for Charter Communications, a Fortune 100 telecommunications company. Alex had senior roles at Time Warner Cable, where he oversaw all external communications, including financial, crisis, media and social relations. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Alex was a Senior Vice President at Dan Klores Communications, a leading communications firm headquartered in New York.

Vice President—Fred Revell
Fred is Associate Executive Director of First Priority of South Florida, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that assists thousands of students in South Florida. Fred has served with First Priority for 20 years. In recent years, he has been responsible for mobilizing and managing hundreds of volunteers in more than 300 middle and high schools throughout six southern Florida counties. He has also been responsible for helping coordinate fund raising events for the organization.

Secretary—Rev. David Forsythe
For over 35 years, David served as pastor in Denver, CO, and in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA. In addition to his 26 years as an on-call firefighter and chaplain with the Manchester Fire Department, David has broad training and experience in critical incident response. In the wake of the  9/11 attacks, he was deployed to “Ground Zero”  and ministered extensively to FDNY personnel. Following the Boston Marathon bombing of 2014, he served members of the BFD. David is and active member of the Metro-Boston Critical Incident Stress Management (C.I.S.M.) Team for the fire service and the Greater-Boston Law-Enforcement-Officer C.I.S.M. Team.

Director—Debbie Dykhouse
Debbie is an educator, school administrator, wife, and mother of 5 children. She received a BS in Elementary Education, and a Masters Degree in School Administration.  Debbie has served as elementary teacher, Headmaster, and Head Administrator of schools in Ferguson, MO, and as an adjunct professor of education. She currently focuses on philanthropy work with her husband that extends to domestic and international organizations, particularly focusing on education. She currently serves as a member of Africa Nazarene University Foundation Board.

Director—Michael Fujii
Mike is President and Chief Executive Officer of Berkley Custom Insurance Managers LLC, a member of W.R. Berkley Corporation. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Insurance Operations at Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd., a publicly traded international insurer. He maintains strong relationships with capital investment firms specializing in financial institutions. Mr. Fujii was former Chairman and Board Member of Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation – Northeast, which provides grants to charitable organizations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Director—Paul Michalski
Paul is the founder of Integrous LLC, a law firm providing integrity advice and legal counsel to help faithful leaders lead faithfully. Prior to founding Integrous, Paul was a partner with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a New York City-based law firm. Paul was recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in 2006 and 2007; Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers in 2008 and 2009; and New York Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2008. Since leaving Cravath in 2009, he has given his time to help guide a number of non-profits, including the New Canaan Society (serving in various national, regional and local leadership roles), CT CityFest (with the Luis Palau Association), Young Life, and several others. Paul graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude, and Harvard Law School, magna cum laude.

Director—Karin Williams
Karin is President of, and architectural designer for, Power Team Construction, a design and construction firm founded with her husband Kevin in 1997. Karin and Kevin have received multiple top awards over the past 40 years from many organizations including the Home Building Industry Awards (HOBI). Karin has been appointed to serve on the Board of Missions for Black Rock Church in Fairfield, CT, and has been an active volunteer for several years in its outreach initiative for inner city children in Bridgeport .
